WiseHaven terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-22.

The short version

WiseHaven is a filter you put on your own devices, or on devices you are responsible for. You need an account. You pick a plan, and the first 14 days are a trial. If a payment fails or a plan ends, protection keeps running and only adding new people and devices stops. We tell you plainly what the product cannot do, and we do not claim more than it does.

Who you are agreeing with

WiseHaven is a product of Mammoth Web Solutions LLC. In this document "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person who holds the account.

Your account

You need an account to use WiseHaven, and you need to be old enough to hold one where you live. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at support@wisehaven.co if you think someone else has it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the policies you set for other people on your plan.

The three relationships

WiseHaven works in three ways, and only these three:

There is no mode where someone watches you without your knowing it. An adult using WiseHaven alone is an accountability profile that has not chosen a Keeper yet.

What the product does, and what it does not

We would rather tell you this before you pay than after.

The Keeper relationship

A Keeper is chosen by the person they keep. A Keeper can change that person's policy directly and receives their events. The person can ask to be released from a Keeper, and that request follows a set process rather than a switch, so a release cannot be done in a moment of frustration or by someone else holding the phone.

A guardian stays the Keeper of a minor until that person turns 18. At 18 the young person takes over their own settings and chooses their own Keeper, or none.

Using WiseHaven in a business or a school

If you put WiseHaven on devices for an organization, you are the one deciding what is reviewed and who reviews it, and you are responsible for telling the people who use those devices.

Check your local law on electronic monitoring of employees before you start. Rules differ by country and by state, and some require written notice to the employee before anything is monitored. We give you the notice screen and the records; whether they meet the law where you operate is yours to confirm.

On a device the organization owns, the administrator holds the controls and an employee cannot switch protection off. On an employee's own personal device, WiseHaven is installed only with that person's own agreement on that device.

Owners and administrators can see every Member of the organization.

Plans, the trial, and payment

What you agree not to do

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, and doing so deletes what belongs to it. We can end an account that breaks the rules above, and we will tell you why.

If your organization employs you and your employment ends, what was recorded about your use of the organization's devices is erased 30 days after you leave, or at once if the account owner asks for that.

What we do not promise

WiseHaven reduces what gets through. It does not make a device safe, and no filter does. We do not promise the service is never down or never wrong. We are responsible for what the law where you live says we are responsible for, and no more.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. If a change matters to what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are between you and Mammoth Web Solutions LLC, and the law of the State of Arizona governs them.

If there is a dispute about these terms or about WiseHaven, it goes to the state courts of Arizona. You and we both agree those courts can hear it.
